The Burglar Who Dropped In On Elvis by Lawrence Block

Have you read any of Lawrence Block’s short stories? If not, you will enjoy reading this short story, The Blurglar Who Dropped In On Elvis. It is in the anthology, The Collected Short Mysteries by Lawrence Block.

I enjoyed reading this short story. Bernie was hired to go to Graceland and sneak into Elvis’ bedroom and take infrared pictures so people would see what his bedroom was like. Nobody has ever seen Elvis’ bedroom because it was upstairs and off limits to the public.

Bernie had to hire different people to help him enter the room without anyone seeing him. He also had to hire a helicopter to hover over the rooftop of Elvis’ home.
